A Faith-Based Private Membership Association under 508(c)(1)(a)

I. Purpose & Mission Statement

At Neo Maxim Ministries, we believe true spiritual awakening flourishes where freedom, faith, and fellowship converge on holy ground. Join us as we reclaim land, reclaim life, and cultivate private sanctuaries for the glory of all mankind.

This Private Membership Association (“PMA”) exists to operate outside of public jurisdiction under First Amendment protections and ecclesiastical law, serving its members in matters of spirituality, holistic wellness, and sovereign living.

II. Private Domain & Membership Terms

By signing this Agreement, you affirm and acknowledge that:

You are joining a private, faith-based, and non-governmental association.

All interactions, services, teachings, or consultations provided by Neo Maxim Ministries PMA occur within a private spiritual capacity and not in any public or commercial jurisdiction.

You are entering into a private, ecclesiastical relationship, and you waive any right to involve public entities or agencies in internal matters of the PMA.

III. Membership Levels

You may join at one of the following three levels of support:

1. Member (Truth Seeker Tier – Free to Access)

Access to private community forum and spiritual resources.

You may upgrade your membership at any time.

IV. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

As a member, participant, or steward of Neo Maxim Ministries PMA, you agree to:

Maintain the privacy of all materials, discussions, teachings, and spiritual communications shared within this association.

Not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any private content without express written permission from the PMA leadership.

Refrain from sharing any personal or private information about other members outside the association.

Acknowledge that all content and materials provided are for private, spiritual, and educational purposes only, and are protected under the private ecclesiastical domain.

Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in removal from the PMA and legal remedy within ecclesiastical or common law processes.

V. Voluntary and Private Association

Membership is entirely voluntary, and no public benefits or services are implied or offered.

You affirm that you are joining of your own free will and that your participation is based on spiritual alignment and not commercial intent.

You waive all rights to pursue legal action through public courts for internal matters of the PMA.

VI. Termination of Membership

The PMA reserves the right to revoke membership of any individual who:

Violates the privacy or integrity of the association

Harms or threatens other members

Attempts to involve public entities in private PMA affairs

VII. Signatures & Acceptance

I, the undersigned, have read and understood the above agreement, and hereby choose to join Neo Maxim Ministries PMA as a Truth Seeker Member. I agree to the terms stated and affirm that this relationship is spiritual, voluntary, and private in nature.
