Neo Maxim Ministries PMA – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Neo Maxim Ministries PMA (“we,” “us,” or “the Association”). We are a faith-based private membership association organized under Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all membership, activities, events, communications, and use of our private sanctuary lands. By joining or participating in any PMA offering, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Membership Eligibility & Admission
2.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals 18 years or older who affirm our faith-based Statement of Beliefs and agree to uphold our mission of land stewardship, holistic healing, and constitutional freedoms.
2.2 Application: Prospective members must submit a completed application, pay the annual membership fee, and sign the Membership Agreement.
2.3 Admission: We reserve the right to accept or deny any application in our sole discretion. Membership is effective upon payment and acceptance.

3. Rights & Protections
3.1 Private Association Rights: As a private organization, we reserve the right to govern our internal affairs, membership, meetings, and property free from outside interference, consistent with our 508(c)(1)(a) status.
3.2 Constitutional Protections: All members engage in constitutionally protected activities—including freedom of speech, assembly, religion, and privacy—on Association property and in Association activities. No federal, state, or local government agent may infringe upon these rights without due process.
3.3 Access & Restrictions: Only members in good standing, their invited guests, and authorized staff may access Sanctuary Lands and participate in PMA events. Unauthorized entry is prohibited.

4. Member Conduct & Responsibilities
4.1 Code of Conduct: Members shall act respectfully toward fellow members, staff, and property. Harassment, discrimination, illegal activities, or behavior undermining our faith‐based mission is grounds for suspension or termination.
4.2 No Drugs or Alcohol: The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs or alcohol on Association property or at any PMA event is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
4.3 Property Stewardship: Members agree to care for Association lands, follow established land‐use plans (permaculture, food forests, healing retreats), and report any damage or safety hazards.
4.4 Compliance: Members must comply with all posted rules, safety guidelines, and directives from PMA leadership when on Association property or during events.

5. Fees, Donations & Tax Matters
5.1 Membership Fees: Annual dues are required to maintain active membership and access privileges. Fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Donations: Land, time, labor, or financial gifts are appreciated and may be tax-deductible under Section 508(c)(1)(a). Donors will receive a written acknowledgment for IRS purposes.
5.3 Use of Funds: All fees and donations support land acquisition, stewardship, healing programs, and operational costs. No part of net earnings benefits any private individual.

6. Intellectual Property & Media
6.1 Ownership: All logos, videos, training materials, and publications produced by Neo Maxim Ministries PMA are our exclusive property.
6.2 License to Use: Members may use Association materials for personal, non-commercial, faith-based ministry purposes only, with proper attribution.
6.3 Photography & Recording: By participating in PMA activities, you consent to photography, videography, and audio recording. We may use such media for promotional purposes. Inform staff if you object.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
7.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in homesteading, land stewardship, and healing activities carries inherent risks. Members assume full responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
7.2 Waiver: Members release Neo Maxim Ministries PMA, its officers, and agents from any claims arising from participation in Association activities, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7.3 No Government Liability: The Association is not sponsored, endorsed, or insured by any government entity. Government agents have no authority to obligate or bind the Association.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
8.1 Member Privacy: We collect only minimal personal data (name, contact, membership status). We do not share data with government or third parties, except as required by law.
8.2 Sanctuary Confidentiality: Discussions, records, and spiritual counsel within our sanctuaries are confidential. Members shall not disclose private conversations without consent.

9. Termination & Suspension
9.1 Voluntary Withdrawal: Members may resign at any time by notifying us in writing. No refunds will be issued.
9.2 Suspension or Termination: Violation of these T&C, non-payment of dues, or conduct detrimental to the Association may result in suspension or permanent termination. Decisions are at the discretion of PMA leadership.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to members via email or posted on our member portal. Continued participation signifies acceptance of the updated T&C.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of the organic 1787 United States Constitution under common law . Any dispute shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of this Private Membership Association and in no public venue or administrative courts.
