1. Nature of the Association
Neo Maxim Ministries (“Association”) is established as a faith-based, private membership association (PMA) operating under the protections of 508(c)(1)(a). We are a non-secular entity, separate from 501(c)(3) organizations. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that all interactions occur within a private, faith-centered ministry and do not constitute public business or commerce.
2. Private Membership Status
Engagement with our specific resources, content, and ministerial programs is reserved for registered members. Membership is a voluntary, private covenant based on shared spiritual values and beliefs. The Association maintains sole discretion to accept, decline, or rescind membership in alignment with its foundational mission.
3. Professional Disclaimer
All materials and communications provided by the Association are for spiritual, educational, and informational enlightenment. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. 4. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
• Uphold the private and spiritual sanctity of the Association at all times.
• Utilize all resources at their own risk and in accordance with their individual conscience.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct, refraining from behavior that is abusive or disruptive to the community.
• Protect the confidentiality of member-only access and proprietary ministry information.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
We are dedicated to maintaining a secure, private environment for fellowship and growth. Internal records and ministerial communications are treated as private matters. Members agree not to duplicate, publish, or share internal discussions or materials without formal written authorization from the Association.
6. Contributions & Transactions
Funds received through donations, offerings, or purchases directly support our mission, including land stewardship, retreats, and community restoration. Unless otherwise specified or required by law, all contributions are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
7. Site Usage Agreement
This platform is provided “as is” for the benefit of our members. While we strive for operational excellence, the Association cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Any attempt to compromise security or misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Ecclesiastical Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements arising within the Association shall be addressed through internal biblical reconciliation. By engaging with us, you agree to seek resolution through our private ecclesiastical framework before pursuing external remedies, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Association reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions to reflect our evolving ministry. Continued participation following the posting of changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
